Forgot my Username
If you have forgotten your username in Connect, you may have this information emailed to you by using the Forgot Password link located on the main login screen.
- Choose Forgot Password from the login screen.
- Enter the email address used to create your profile in the Connect Platform, and choose Send.
- An email will be sent to your email address with your username, a reset link, and instructions to reset your password. This link will expire after 60 minutes.
NOTE: If your email address is associated with more than one user profiles, be sure to choose the correct profile to reset from the email message.
Reset My Password
- To reset your password, choose Forgot Password from the login screen.
- Enter the email address used to create your profile in the Connect Platform, and choose Send.
- An email will be sent to your email address with a link and instructions to reset your password. This link will expire after 60 minutes.
NOTE: If your email address is associated with more than one user profiles, be sure to choose the correct profile to reset from the email message
Passwords must have a minimum of 7 characters and a maximum of 8 characters. It cannot be one of your last 4 passwords.
Please make sure your password includes:
- 1 or more numbers
- 1 or more uppercase letters
- 1 or more lowercase letters
NOTE: State and NGB level users must contact Customer Support to Reset their password.
